Club's goal and activities
The club was founded with the aim of promoting, developing and improving the sport of tennis, participating in sports competitions, conducting sports training and spreading awareness about the values of engaging in sports for the common good.
The club operates in the field of sports in accordance with its goals.
Club activities
- promoting and encouraging the sport of tennis,
- organizing and conducting regular systematic training sessions for members to prepare for the competition;
- instruction and training of children, youth and adult recreational athletes;
- participation in national and international sports competitions;
- preparing members for participation in representative selections;
- care of sports facilities owned or used by the Club;
- care for the health and health protection of athletes and other members of the Club;
- care for the health and health protection of children and young people who are members of the Club;
- cooperation with other clubs and sports organizations, their associations and their bodies in the country and abroad;
- encourages and promotes sport in accordance with the strategic planning acts for the development of sport at the national level, namely the national strategy for the development of sport and the national plan for the development of sport, as well as strategic documents adopted at the regional level, especially sports for children, youth and students, people with disabilities, and health-oriented physical exercise and health-oriented physical activity, encouraging the activities of children and youth;
- participates in proposing and implementing sports development programs of interest to its regional self-government, which are co-financed by the state administration body responsible for sports (co-financing the costs of professional work and improving material conditions for the implementation of programs for children and young people up to 18 years of age);
- cooperates in implementing the programs of the city/county tennis association, the programs of the Croatian Olympic Committee, the Croatian Tennis Association, etc.;
- participates in the education of athletes on anti-doping;
- provides education, information and advice to athletes, sports workers, citizens and other participants in sports on issues relevant to engaging in sports activities and businesses;
- undertaking activities to prevent negative occurrences in sports, especially to prevent violence in sports and violations of children's rights;
- promoting professional work in sports, and participating in the improvement of professional work and ensuring the training of professional employees;
- entering and updating data for which the Club is responsible into the National Sports Information System;
- preparing and serving hot and cold drinks, soft drinks and simple meals for association members in the club premises,
- performs other tasks, activities and tasks determined by law and this Statute.
The Supervisory Board supervises the operations and work of the Club. All Club documents are in the club archive.

Club assembly
The club's assembly is the highest governing and decision-making body, and it consists of all adult members who have the right to vote according to the Statute.
Board of Directors
The Assembly elects a Board of Directors to perform certain tasks within its jurisdiction.
The Board of Directors has five members:
